January 2020 v0.1 · Blockout
First foundations
The very first stones. A rough terrain pass and a handful of test houses mark out where the hold will stand.
July 2021 v0.4 · Taking shape
The town takes shape
Streets, the first proper great-hall and surrounding farmland appear. The Rohirric style begins to settle in.
December 2022 v1.0 · The hold grows
A living settlement
Outlying farms, fences and paths knit the build together. Grimslade is now a believable, lived-in place.
October 2024 v2.0 · Detail pass
Detailing the streets
A sweeping detail pass — custom roofs, gardens, market clutter and a reworked palette bring real texture to every lane.
April 2025 v2.4 · Interiors
Interiors & surrounds
Furnished halls, lantern-lit interiors and a softened landscape around the hold's edges.
April 2026 v3.2 · Current
Grimslade today
